Whether you’re trying to launch a new one-page site or check off that growing to-do list, the VIP Design Day has you covered. I’ll spend the day working solely on your site, so you can go from stuck to launched—or finally get those updates done—without the stress.
the PROCESS
01. Let's Chat: Book a quick call so we can talk through your website goals or the specific tasks on your to-do list.
02. Lock It In: Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, I’ll reserve your Design Day spot.
03. Prep Work: I’ll send you a prep checklist—gather your content, logins, and any to-do list items you need me to tackle.
04. Strategy Call: About a week before our day together, we’ll jump on a strategy call to make sure we’re aligned on your goals and priorities for the day.
05. VIP Design Day! Whether it’s giving your current site a glow-up or working through your website updates, this is when the magic happens. By the end of the day, you’ll have deliverables in hand. 🎉
06. Post-Day Support: For a week after your Design Day, I’m available to answer any lingering questions or handle troubleshooting. Plus, if you need more help later, returning clients get discounted rates for additional work.

Your VIP Design Day package is flexible to your needs—whether you’re starting from scratch or knocking out a list of updates. Here’s what we can tackle in one day (or half-day):
Building a simple one-page site from scratch
ORTackling your to-do list: Updates, fixes, new features—whatever you’ve been meaning to get done, we’ll knock it out.

I book roughly 1-2 VIP Design Days per month.
All VIP Design Days include 7 hours of focused 1:1 time, and one week of advisory support window.
All needed material must be submitted prior to the Design Day.
My undivided attention for 7 hours to create your template design, one-page website, or a day of website updates.

I’ve got you. If your task list is on the smaller side or you just need a few tweaks, my Half-Day option is perfect. We’ll still follow the same process, just on a condensed timeline.

After you book your project date, I’ll send you a Welcome Kit & Discovery Form.
Before we start, you’ll need to provide assets. This could include logins, graphics, copy, and more.

Yep! I have a built-in payment plan in my web design process.
VIP Design Days: 50% is due upon booking to reserve the design day, and the remaining 50% is due upon the design day.
Longer term payment plans are available upon request.

Typically you’ll want to book at least two weeks out.
This will give you time to gather the materials for your website.

Note: It may be up to a couple months out depending on my bookings.

I'm a Squarespace web designer based in Portland, Oregon.
While I enjoy working with clients from my hometown, I also collaborate with solopreneurs and business owners from around the world.
I have a lot of experience working in different time zones with clients, so we’ll be able to make it work for our VIP Design Day.

I can work in asynchronous time zones, and love working on websites with entrepreneurs and digital nomads from around the world.

It depends on our tasks. There are no hidden fees on my end! If you’re signing up for a new software or program, there will be additional costs.
There are additional costs associated with running a website that aren’t included in my web design packages.
Squarespace charges an annual fee (see here for latest prices). However, as a Squarespace Circle Member, I offer my clients 20% off their first year and one year of free custom domain hosting.
Services such as copywriting, photography, branding, and social media marketing are not included in my web design packages.
Third-party integrations such as Squarespace scheduling or emailing marketing, Mailchimp, Honeybook, stock imagery, custom fonts, Flowdesk, Acuity scheduling, Google Suite, Annual Domain hosting, and CRMs are not included in my packages.
We can discuss these add-ons and their pricing during our discovery call.

I work quickly and efficiently, but it is important to note that you are not purchasing an end result, but a block of my time.
You have the option to book as many more full or half days that you want.
