Website Care Plans for Small Business Squarespace Sites

All plans include 4 hours per quarter. Choose between:
- $500 per quarter
  1-quarter commitment (3 months)
- $400 per quarter
  2-quarter commitment (6 months)
- $300 per quarter
  4-quarter commitment (12 months)
- You receive 4 total hours per quarter
- I send a request form on the 1st of each month
- You can use your time at any point during the quarter
- Hours expire at the end of the quarter
- If a request will take more time than you have available, we can discuss options
Q What kinds of tasks can I request?
Website updates and maintenance that fit within your available hours.
Q What if I need a bigger website task done?
You can save your quarterly hours and use them all at once. If the work goes beyond your available time, I’ll let you know before anything continues.
Q Can I cancel before the end of my package?
I’m not able to cancel packages early, since I will have already blocked off your time in my schedule. But I understand life be lifin’ sometimes, so if unexpected life circumstances come up, reach out and we’ll discuss possible options.
Q My website is on a non-Squarespace platform. Can you still care for my website?
Nope.

Q Can you make changes FOR me during the session?
No. Power Hours are for guidance, not execution.
Q. What if I need more time?
You can book additional Power Hours or explore Website Care.
Q What if I need to schedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of our appointment and receive a refund (minus the fees Big Software charges us for transferring money back and forth).

Template Kickstart

I’ve gone through every single one of Squarespace’s almost 200 built-in templates. With over 60 blog post reviews, let’s just say I know these templates verrrry well.

This service offers help choosing the right free built-in Squarespace template and offering guidance and advice on set up.

Altogether this is still more affordable than a lot of premium template! So if you’re ballin’ a budget and looking for a template + personalized guidance, this is a great option for you.
- You share your business details and any templates you’re considering
- If you already have a template in mind, I’ll confirm whether it’s a good fit
- If you don’t, I’ll choose three best option for you
- If there are multiple viable options, I’ll narrow it down and explain the tradeoffs
You’ll have one week of async questions, submitted by email.
I’ll respond in writing, and may use Loom video if something is easier to show.
And you have the option to add a live call if you want extra support, for example, during your launch.
Q. Do I need to pick a template first?
Nope. You can come with one, a few, or none at all.
Will you choose the template for me?
Yes. I’ll either offer my opinion on ones you’re considering, or make a recommendation for you.
Is this a back-and-forth process?
No. This is designed to be contained and decisive.
What happens after the week is over?
You’ll have all your questions answered and be able to launch with confidence. You can book a Power Hour or move into Website Care if you want continued support.

Q What do I need to provide to start?
All assets before we begin: logins (domain, current site), branding, copy, privacy policy and terms & conditions. If you don't have everything, I have planners, prompts, and recommendations to help.
Q Do you take payment plans?
Yes. Typically 1/4 to book, 1/2 the following month, final 1/4 at launch. Other arrangements possible if needed.
Q Do you offer support after the site goes live?
Two weeks of post-launch email support is included. After that, support is available through Website Care or Power Hours.
Q How much does Squarespace cost?
Squarespace pricing and plans current info here. You'll also need a domain, which typically costs $10–20/year.
